Registration

Registration fees are collected by the company MCM srl. All fees are in euro and include VAT 22%. Presenting authors are requested to register by June 6th.

  • ASCE/EMI Member (Full Registration): Early € 820 | Regular € 920 | Late € 1.100
  • Non-Member (Full Registration) : Early € 920 | Regular € 1.020 | Late € 1.200
  • Student (Student ID required): Early € 580 | Regular € 680| Late € 880
  • Student Banquet (1 per registration): Early € 90 | Regular € 90| Late € 100
  • Accompanying Persons (welcome reception and banquet only) : Early € 180 | Regular € 180| Late € 200
  • Additional abstract (each) : € 200

Presenting Author Registration

  • Presenting Authors have a direct link to register via the abstract submission form. 
  • Presenting authors are requested to register by June 6th to ensure their abstract is included in the program for presentation in the Conference and in the book of abstracts.
  • Enter your username (family name) and PIN received at the time of the abstract submission and click on “check abstracts status”. 
  • After logging in, you'll see the registration link with your information already entered.
  • The registration includes one abstract. Each additional abstract by the same Presenting Author will incur a  € 200 fee.

Member and Student Registration

Member and Non-Member registration fee includes participation in the scientific sessions, coffee breaks and lunches according to the program, Welcome Reception on Sept. 1, Banquet on Sept. 3, conference kit and the Book of Abstracts (Electronic).

Payment and Billing

Registration Fees can be paid by Credit card (Visa, Mastercard - Debit Cards are not accepted) or Bank Transfer. Bank details will be sent once the registration form is submitted.

Payment managed by your University/Institution with a purchase order:

  • Please complete the registration with your personal details by selecting bank transfer as the payment method.
  • If you are in possession of your University’s billing information (company name, address, VAT number and, for Italians only, “codice univoco”) you can edit it in the “Billing Details” box by clicking on “Edit Details”. Otherwise, continue without editing.
  • In both cases, in order to complete the payment, it is necessary for the Organizing Secretariat to receive a copy of the Purchase Order from your Administration to the email address [email protected] within 5 days from the date of registration. We therefore suggest that you proceed with online registration when the Purchase Order is already issued.

Payment with your personal credit card:

Your registration will be confirmed immediately by email.

Payment with your personal bank transfer:

  • You will receive an email with MCM srl's bank details, we kindly ask that payment be completed within 5 days. If payment is not received after 5 days the registration will be automatically deleted.
  • The invoice will be issued by MCM srl.
  • The invoice will be automatically issued with the participant’s personal data entered during online registration. In case you need to issue the invoice to another subject please edit details in the appropriate box at the end of the registration process.
  • Once the invoice issued, it cannot be changed anymore.
  • As soon as it is available, a copy of the invoice will be accessible in your user area. You will need to enter your profile with the credentials received by email at the end of your registration. To find the invoice, you must click on the download area button.

Cancellations and Refunds

In case of cancellation of participation by August 19, the fee will be refunded less euro 200,00 as administrative expenses. After August 19, no refunds will be processed. To cancel your registration please write an email to: [email protected]. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
