You are invited to submit your abstract until February 28, 2026.
Submission Instructions
Presenting Author must register in the Conference. The registration includes one abstract. Each additional abstract by the same Presenting Author will incur a euro 200 fee.
- Download the template for information on how to prepare your abstract.
- Prepare your abstract using the provided template below.
- Save your abstract as a .pdf file and make sure the file does not exceed 4 GB.
- Submit your abstract following all the steps of the online form.
- Select the topic you are interested in from the drop-down menu.
- At the end of the process you will receive an email confirming the successful submission + username and password to modify your abstract till the deadline of February 28.
- Please fill in all the information and the text of the abstract accurately as typos will not be corrected.
