Submission Instructions
Presenting Author must register in the Conference. The registration includes one abstract. Each additional abstract by the same Presenting Author will incur a euro 200 fee.
- Download the template for information on how to prepare your abstract.
- Prepare your abstract using the provided template below.
- Save your abstract as a .pdf file and make sure the file does not exceed 4 GB.
- Submit your abstract following all the steps of the online form.
- Select the topic you are interested in from the drop-down menu.
- At the end of the process you will receive an email confirming the successful submission + username and password to modify your abstract till the deadline of March 13.
- Please fill in all the information and the text of the abstract accurately as typos will not be corrected.
